Gatineau Hydro Corridor

This route follows part of the newly installed multiuse path along the Gatineau Hydro Corridor. The multiuse path can
be reached by going west along Military Trail to the intersection where Military Trail, Orton Park, and Ellesmere meet.
From there, there is a short stretch of asphalt pathway that runs beside the sidewalk to keep you off of Ellesmere as you
head for the entrance to the hydro corridor, which is just south of Ellesmere on Scarborough Golf Club Road. The ride ends
at Thompson Park near Brimley and Lawrence, but the hydro corridor can be followed further to the southwest as well. The
ride averages about an hour in length, and is also about 14km in total.
