Charity Rides
The UTSCC supports and encourages the participation in cycling events aimed at fundraising for a good cause.
Information on charity rides in and near Toronto will be posted here periodically. We will gladly spread information
about people participating in these events for the purposes of helping them to fundraise as well. To be hosted on this site
or to recieve aid in any other form involved in fundraising initiatives, riders must be able to prove that they are registered
for the ride they're fundraising for (through the provision of rider ID, registration information, etc).

Riders:
Dave Liang:
UTSC's own Dave Liang has started fundraising to participate in the 2012 Princess Margaret Hospital's
Ride to Conquer Cancer. With the help of some friends, Dave recently (November 16th) took the initiative
to book a table in the campus' Student Center to try to raise funds and awareness for the ride.
The ride runs from Toronto down to Niagra falls and lasts 2 days. From the starting point of
registration and fundraising to the final destination in Niagra falls, this charity ride is truly
an epic experience-- and all for a good cause. Way to go, Dave!
Websites:
Check out Dave's Rider ID page to see what Dave's about, and to see whal his own personal perspective of the ride is.
You can make a donation there to help Dave fundraise, too.
