- Professor Solomon’s volume of 11 essays, entitled "Convenient Marriage: Soviet German Medical Relations between the Wars", has been commissioned for an international conference, and has been vetted by the Editorial Committee for the Series on German and European Studies with the University of Toronto Press.
- Professor Solomon also edited a volume of 10 essays entitled "On Shifting Ground: Health and Space in 20th Century Europe". She was also invited to be the key note speaker at the May 2005 conference on Science, Culture, and Practice of Soviet Medicine at the University of Wales Swansea.
- Professor Solomon has written many papers and chapters on soviet medicine, and recently arranged for publication and wrote the introduction to a rare diary recounting a trip by a German doctor to Russia in 1926.
