Roommate and Housing Options Deadline: June 30, 2013
Move in day for Fall 2013: Sunday September 1, 2013

Eligibility

Approximately 50% of residence beds are available to upper year students. There is a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement of 1.6 cumulative to be readmitted to residence.

However, preference for first round offers will be given to students who have a 2.0 C.G.P.A.

Residence fees from the previous year must be paid in full in by August 1st, 2013 in order to be re-admitted to residence.

If you have not yet applied for residence we encourage you to submit an online application. Because there are a number of cancellations and withdrawals between April through August it allows us to make numerous residence offers throughout the summer.

How to Apply

  • Students will login to the Student Housing Portal, enter in their student number and obtain a password. This password will be emailed within 48 hours to the email address listed in the student's ROSI account.
