Eligibility

Approximately 50% of residence beds are available to upper year students. There is a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement of 1.6 cumulative to be readmitted to residence.

However, preference for first round offers will be given to students who have a 2.0 C.G.P.A.

Residence fees from the previous year must be paid in full in by August 1st, 2013 in order to be re-admitted to residence.

If you have not yet applied for residence we encourage you to submit an online application. Because there are a number of cancellations and withdrawals between April through August it allows us to make numerous residence offers throughout the summer.

How to Apply

Students will login to the Student Housing Portal, enter in their student number and obtain a password. This password will be emailed within 48 hours to the email address listed in the student's ROSI account. Once the password has be obtained the student can log back into the Student Housing Portal and apply for residence.

Once the Student Housing Portal has been accessed, select Applications on the menu toolbar:
The Upper Year Online Residence Agreement and Accessibility forms are to be viewed, saved and/or printed using Adobe Acrobat.
Students have until June 30, 2013 to add, delete or modify their roommates, using a UTSC Roommate ID as well as their housing preference. Please contact the Student Housing Office if you need to know your personal UTSC Roommate ID number.
Students will use a credit card for submitting an Online Deposit (not to pay residence fees).
A photo is required for each applicant and can be uploaded when applying online. The purpose of the photo submission is to build community development and for emergency responses.

If you are attending University of Toronto Scarborough as a student with a disability, please complete and submit an Access Needs in Residence Form . If you require Attendant Care Services, please complete both the Access Needs in Residence Form and the Supplemental Form -Attendant Care.
