Submitting a work request automatically authorizes the student housing maintenance staff and/or approved contractors to enter your unit, appropriate procedures will be used.

In the event of an Afterhours Emergency (Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm - 9:00 am, all day Saturday/Sunday ) please contact 416.688.3818.

Afterhours emergencies include:

  1. Flood
  2. No toilet working in a one toilet house
  3. Not able to gain access to your house/room
  4. No heat in house
  5. No water in house
  6. No power in house
  7. Broken exterior lock or door
