Dave is primarily interested in how drugs of abuse impact the structure and function of brain cells and circuits to mediate their profound influence on behaviour. Specifically, Dave's work employs various molecular, pharmacological and behavioural approaches to characterize the role played by stress in drug craving and relapse to drug seeking. |
