Submit a Job Posting

The most effective way to submit a job posting to us is to email a job description/job posting to the internship coordinator at amrusso@utsc.utoronto.ca. If you do not have a job description ready, you may download our Job Posting Submission form, complete it, and return it to the email address found above.

If you have difficulty creating a job posting, we can provide you as much guidance needed in order to create one for you.

What happens after you submit a posting:

  1. Once we receive your job description, the internship coordinator reviews it, and communicates with you to discuss your expectations, timelines for posting and receiving the students’ applications and additional details if needed.

    We post your position on a password-protected, online job board accessible only by our students. Our job board will digitally collect all applications until the agreed closing date. On the next business day, you will receive an automated email containing a link to a pdf file, indexing all candidates and their respective applications.

  2. Contact us when you are ready to interview any of the students who applied to your posting. We will assist you in the coordination of interviews, including student notification, scheduling, duration and location of the meeting. You can interview on our campus, in our fully equipped interview offices, or you can opt to conduct them in your own office.

  3. If your search is successful and you wish to offer a position to one (or more) of our students, we facilitate the hiring process on your behalf, including extending the offer and coordinating all necessary hiring documentation.
