SOUTH Lot: Between 7:30am & 4:30pm weekdays, visitors staying fewer than 4 hours may park in Inner Lot PD paid parking is in effect at all times at posted rates. After 4:30pm weekdays and weekends, visitors may park in any of Lots PB, PC or PD, paying at meters provided.
North Lot: Paid parking is in effect at all times. A ticket must be taken to enter the parking lots. Payments for General Lots P4 & P5, are made at the exit gates by credit card only.
The meters located in North Lot P3(entrance on Ellesmere Rd.) accepts coin, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
There is no visitor parking in Lot P2, as it is for use by Centennial College (Morningside) permit holders only.
Please display your receipt face-up on your dashboard as proof of payment. Rates are posted on the information signs. Please see our Daily Visitor Parking Rates site for current South and North Lots daily visitor rates.
Improved North Lot Visitor Parking: Parking Lot P3 (located parallel to Ellesmere Road) has been divided into a Visitor section (accessed by the Ellesmere Road entrance located east of the intersection of Military Trail and Ellesmere), and a permit-holder section (accessed from the Military Trail entrances). Visitors may enter and exit Lot P3 via the Ellesmere Road entrance and turn left into the parking lot after passing the entrance islands. Four pay & display parking meters have been installed in convenient locations within the Visitor Lot, allowing visitors to pay Visa, Mastercard, American Express or coin.

To arrange for parking for a visitor, staff and faculty are asked to obtain their guest’s vehicle information (make, model, color and license plate number). Please fill in this information on the Departmental Visitor Request Form, along with your FIS numbers.
Your request must be received
at Parking Services no later
than
3:00 pm the business day before your
guest’s arrival.
This notice period is necessary in order to allow staff to print a list of the following day’s visitors and distribute it to Parking Control staff for 7:00 am the following day.
To cancel a departmental request, please notify Parking Services by email at parking@utsc.utoronto.ca no later than the 5:00PM on the day your guest was to arrive as specified on the departmental request form. As each Visitor request is sequentially numbered and charged to departmental accounts, a request may be cancelled as above, but cannot be transferred to another day or person.
