The key to leadership success is applying the right approach in the right situation. The goal of our management program is to create the opportunities for our students to learn and experience leadership by applying the latest management theory to real-world problems both inside and outside the classroom. Our students join us with an open mind and a desire to learn. We challenge our students to take part in a unique curriculum designed to test their assumptions, question their ideas, expand their minds, learn how to lead, and leave with the knowledge and experience to become the next generation of business leaders.  

The UTSC Management’s curriculum is grounded in a strong core of business fundamentals. From there, students have the opportunities to apply their knowledge, test their assumptions and adjust their actions in multidisciplinary and multi-dimensional courses. Through case-based learning, idea incubators, business simulations, and the co-op experience, our program offers students the opportunities to play with knowledge, experiment with ideas, search for solutions and become effective leaders.
