Research Interests:
My research interests are centered on issues in the realm of human resources, and include personnel selection, leadership development, performance management, personality, workplace anxiety, and test-taking attitudes.

Teaching Interests:
My teaching interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Research Methods. Specific topics of interest include personnel selection, leadership development, and performance management.
