Management and International Business(MIB)
The Specialist in Management and International Business (MIB) Co-op Program is comprised of a demanding curriculum, with studies that focus on core business management functions, leadership in cross-cultural contexts and foreign language development. Students entering this program will have the opportunity to view business through a truly international lens through focused classroom study, and both a study and work term abroad.
Through the University’s established study exchange agreements, students will have the chance to study abroad for a semester in preferred destinations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and the U.K. Furthermore, the Management Co-op office will be leveraging existing relationships and looking to build new connections with employers in these regions.
Co-op work terms are in top-ranked international corporations in a variety of industries and functional areas, with at least one of the three work terms occurring abroad. The location of the international placements will vary according to student interest, availability of positions, practicability and safety of an area, as well as established international relationships.
