Vacation absences entered using date ranges can only be inputted if the dates do not overlap a statutory, civic or presidential holiday. You will receive an error message if you attempt to enter an absence type 2392 – Vacation-Paid, using date ranges that overlap a statutory, civic or presidential holiday.
(Note: if you are using the fast entry spreadsheet upload utility to enter your absence data please ensure you check them once run for any errors.)
