The Department of Retail and Conference Services is made up of several operating units including Academic
Printing and Custom Publishing, Conference Services, Food and Beverage Services, and the historic special
event venue, Miller Lash House. The department also manages the relationship with the U of T Bookstore outlet
on campus. We are diverse in scope, yet our collective goal is to provide quality service that satisfies the
multi-faceted needs of our external clients, students, faculty and staff. We are always grateful to receive
