  • Aramark Hours of Operation
  • Paypass and Interac payment options are now available at the Bladen Tim Horton's along with the Tim's Cards and the meal plan cards. Software upgrades done in conjunction with Tim Horton's, the banking agency and the manufacturer of the cash register software have enables these new features to be offered.
  • Food & Beverage Services is pleased to announce that in conjunction with the UTSC Sustainability Office and Aramark Higher Education, we have begun a pilot project to use reusable take-out containers (click here for info) in the H-Wing Marketplace.
The Food and Beverage Services department operates as an ancillary within the Retail and Conference Services department. As an ancillary operation, Food and Beverage Services must cover all expenses including salaries, wages, space rental costs, maintenance, cleaning, waste and recycling costs from revenues derived for the operations. No portion of government grants or tuition fees are used to fund operations.

Food and Beverage Services is a member of:

  • Canadian Colleges and Universities Food Services Association
  • Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association
  • Canadian Hospitality Managers Association
  • Ontario Restaurant Association
The department has two primary areas of activity:
  • Food Services:
    Overseeing the contracted food service operations on campus, which may involve planning and developing new facilities for services to the campus
