STAFFING
The University of Toronto Alcohol Policy requires alcohol service at licensed events be carried out by individuals who have completed the University’s Server Training Programme. The number of staff assigned to events is determined by the Manager of Food and Beverage Services based on the size, nature, duration and location of the licensed event. The cost of staffing will include time for the set-up, service, breakdown and clean-up, and when applicable delivery. A minimum charge for four hours at $17.50 per hour is applicable.
