News and Announcement

ECMA04H is Introductory Microeconomics: A Mathematical Approach.  You need to take this course to qualify for the B.B.A or the Major in Economics and for various specialist programs in Economics.  This course uses high school calculus (Grade 12 calculus) in the completion of problems based on economic theory.  You should take a University-level calculus course in the same year that you take ECMA04H (take MATA32H and MATA33H if you do not plan to do graduate work in Economics, but a higher level of math if you do - for instance MATA30 and MATA37 to start with and some more calculus, some matrix algebra, and some real analysis)
