Group Fitness classes are FREE to all students and members of the recreation centre and do not require sign-up. All fitness levels are welcome.

Bootcamp
Get ready to work, military style! Our trainer will take you through fun and challenging drills that blend agility, endurance, speed and strength to push you to achieve your personal best.
Bollywood Boogie
Explore a variety of South Asian dance styles ranging from the intricate steps of Bollywood to the high-energy movements of Bhangra. Participants will savour the fluidity of movements.
Core Bootcamp
The challenge to gain a strong, firm mid section continues. Let’s fight this battle together! You’ll be led through exciting interval conditioning drills mainly focusing on tightening the areas in the abdominals, back and glutes. You’ll use a variety of fun equipment to keep you coming back for more.
Cardio Latin Dance
Check out our popular dance workout! Feel the Latin rhythm with a new flavour of moves. Discover how your body grooves with some basic salsa, merengue, cha-cha-cha, bachata and rhumba - no experience necessary!
Monday Muscle Mix
Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class, using dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls and body bars as resistance tools. If you are sick of doing the same old strength routine definitely give this class a try!
Socacise
Shake your hips as you incorporate Caribbean and Dancehall moves. Experience a new cultural style of fitness where the music controls your body and you'll dance all day long!
Step & Pump
Are you ready to step up to the challenge of Step & Pump? A progressive cardio-conditioning workout that combines fun stepping patterns. Muscle conditioning will be added for a complete full-body workout.
TAB (Thighs, Abs, & Buns)
Thighs, Abs and Buns. Are you missing the muscle conditioning from your workouts? Come experience the FUN way to add more to your routine. You will use stability balls, tubing and weights to focus on your Thighs, Abs and Buns
Zumba
Join the party! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique dance and fitness focused moves. It’s a “feel happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. It’s the ultimate Latin and International fiesta!
Zumba Toning
The same Zumba party, now with light weights so that you feel your muscular endurance improving. This, you have to try!
