Let us help you get fit and have some fun!

We offer drop in and instructor led programs and classes to meet your needs. If you prefer to work out on your own time, get energized using our Cardio & Weight machines. You must try our new TRX suspension training in the “KEY”.

Do you feel like you need some help setting up some exercise and wellbeing goals? We offer a complimentary Personal Training consultation to help get you started. Do you need some motivation in a group setting? Check out our free group fitness classes including Zumba & Bootcamp. Our registered programming includes experienced instructors helping you to excel in a specialized area including Mind and Body classes like Yoga, Martial Arts and many Dance and athletic options.

Women's Only Workouts

We support all users in our facility. In response to a demand for more scheduled workout space, Women's Only Workouts (W.O.W.) was introduced. These exclusive workout times for women take place in the Cardio Theatre and we offer a supervisor for any questions you may have on the equipment.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
  • Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:30 am

Free Equipment Orientations of "The Key" and Cardio Theatre

In this 45-minute session you will become acquainted with the commonly used equipment in "The Key" and Cardio Theatre. Please arrive in fitness attire and meet the Strength Trainer just outside of "The Key".

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:15 - 8:00 pm
  • Wednesdays & Fridays 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
  • Saturdays & Sundays 2:15 - 3:00 pm
