Cycle Fit

Cyclefit is a group workout performed on a stationary bike. You are able to adjust the resistance of the bike to your own fitness level to get the most out of your ride. Cyclefit classes are available on a first-come, first serve basis.

There are three ways to pay:

  1. Register for 1 class for $25.00 per 10 week session at the Athletics Service Counter (spot guaranteed)
  2. Purchase a 10x Punch Card for $25.00 (first-come, first-serve)
  3. Purcahse $2.50 drop in fee (Pay at the Service Counter prior to the first class. First-come, first-serve)

The Cyclefit Room is located in our Cardio Theatre. Participants should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Remember to bring a towel, water bottle and dress in accordance with the rules of our facility. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cycle & Core

In this energy boosting class your instructor will take you on a thrilling journey through a variation of hill climbs, speed intervals and endurance riding with a 10-minute component of core conditioning followed by a total body stretch segment.
