We have the capability to accommodate employer requests throughout the year, and pride ourselves on our flexibility. Our focus is in bringing your job opportunities to the right candidates. Each organization has a dedicated U of T Co-op Coordinator who will work directly with your organization and our students to find the perfect fit.
Expert Knowledge of our Candidates
U of T Co-op Coordinators have in-depth knowledge of our candidates’ qualifications, preferences, and availability. Since Coordinators work directly with a group of students throughout their four years in the Co-op program, we can easily determine if any of our students will meet your staffing needs.
Customized Recruitment Services
Your U of T Co-op Coordinator will help customize the recruiting activities most appropriate for your organization. Our program allows you the flexibility to choose to use some or all of our services to conduct your co-op hiring.
Flexible Recruitment Process
Arts & Science Co-op uses a Continuous Round format allowing you to advertise your opportunity, interview and extend offers at any time during the four month recruitment cycle. When you are ready to arrange interviews with our students, you have the choice of conducting the interviews at our campus, at your office location, or on the telephone.
