How to hire a Co-op student?
Students are available to begin working in January, May or September. Recruitment begins as early as four months prior to the start of the position.
Hire an Arts & Science Co-op student from U of T in 3 EASY steps:- Submit your job posting electronically; Click here to visit a webpage that provides a template you can use to provide the job posting details. E-mail your posting to askcoop@utsc.utoronto.ca - We will send you our students' applications in about one weeks' time.
- Short-list your preferred candidates and contact us at (416) 287-7260 to schedule interviews. You are welcome to interview at your location or at our campus or by telephone, but please, let us do the work of scheduling the students!
- Select your preferred candidates. We'll inform them of your decision to proceed with an offer letter, and let you know their response. Then you provide us with an offer letter.
