Interrelated, integrated, complicated - this is our world and our reality today. The Leader2Leader conference will discuss, assess and educate managers and future leaders to think and work in a way that challenges each of us to be better global citizens and leaders. The role of individuals and businesses play locally and globally have a great impact on the global village. Higher education teaches people to be better critical thinkers and this conference will help us learn to translate this critical thinking and knowledge into clear articulation of ideas, convergence of thought and impact through leadership.

Tom Hayes is an award winning journalist and a graduate of UTSC, BA (2007). He began his career at a local cable news program before becoming a news reporter and weekend sports anchor at CKVR in Barrie. Since joining CTV News in 1988, Tom has proven his versatility through his coverage of a wide variety of landmark stories such as: the Paul Bernardo trial, the Royal Visit of Charles and Diana and the Toronto Blue Jays World Series championships. read more
