September—June

Mondays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Wednesdays 10:00am – 4:00pm and 5:00pm – 6:45pm
Thursdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Fridays 10:00am – 3:00pm

July—August

Mondays 10:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesdays 10:00am – 4:00pm

Drop-In Hours: The AccessAbility Services Disability Consultants hold regular drop-in hours for students who are registered with the service. Drop-in hours are subject to change; we will provide as much notice as possible when this is the case (notifications will be sent to the email list of students who are registered with AccessAbility Services). The drop-in hours are as follows:

Wednesdays from 11:00am-1:00pm

Thursdays from 2:00pm-4:00pm

Please note: From 9:00am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 5:00pm the office is closed in order for staff members to complete administrative tasks such as processing your requests and accommodations, attending meetings and other related tasks.

 

What if I need to drop something off when you are closed?

The mail slot for our after hours drop box is located to the left of our main doors.

Our staff check the drop box daily.

Please note that all materials submitted after hours will be date stamped upon receipt the following business day.
